Shame mnb isn't going otherwise we could have Matt A, B +C. You could make it an aim for next year to have a Matt A - Z :)

Will you be able to post what armies people are taking, just so I can refresh my memory for their different lists (hopefully no-one's taking Tau as I've given up trying to keep track of that list). Also, will it be a roll up and pair off day or a "name from a hat" type deal?

Still, plenty of new people to play, this is going to be awesome!

Still waiting to hear back from mnb, hopefully he'll be joining us again.

Once I get the lists in I'll post what armies people are taking (just not their whole army lists). I'll print out each list for the tourney so people can look at it and to make sure everyone has everything they paid for on the table. In the past I've tried to match people so new players are playing someone with more experience (to keep the game moving). After the first round it'll be based on VC totals, with some preference for new with experienced again.

Good idea on mixing up the players, though I'd be careful to make sure the newbies don't get a demoralising drubbing as a result as that'll be no fun at all. Besides, for all I know, I may be classified as a newbie depending on how good everyone else is :)
