No, the first game does not get the 'special rules'. If you are an Imperial, you will be a defender, Xenos, attacker.

It is a fun game, not really competitive. NetEA approved is perfered, but if your opponent is OK with Experimental, it's fine. The theme obviously is Orks. Vs. Imperials, but anything it takes to get folks to play epic is fine.

See above. I would discourage a Titan list, but if you have your heart set on it, check with the guy across the table.
I could put restrictions on the game, but there just aren't enough epic players left in this part of the contry to really restrict things. Lets see how it goes, and if someone pulls out a list that is crazy nasty, then we'll pull out the 'banned list' hammer if it comes to that.
