Back on topic. For knock-around stats, I'd say something like...

[I think this should be okay on a straight trade for Raiders as a transport option - more units, better total assault, less "eggs in one basket" for transport, but less than 1/2 ranged fire]

Fearless
[My guess for testing would be ~15 points. Stats are comparable to something like Wyldboyz + Fearless or Madboyz for that kind of price. Or I'd say about 2/3-3/4 of what Grotesques cost, if I've missed something about their role in the army. Alternately, you might justify FF6+ based on their weapon options in 40K to diffentiate them a bit from Grotesques and keep them closer in price.]

[~75 points. It's slightly weaker than the 50 point Talos with Inspiring added for the pain tokens it dispenses constantly. Probably restricted to no more than 1 per formation to avoid abuse of Inspiring, though 2 might be workable.]
