Go here for some epic action:

Comments welcome. Tyranids painted by inquisitor earl, infantry by yours truly. Orks by MarkONZ

Thanks to Dave for all his work on the tyranid list. It is the best tyranid list since Hive War.

Nice report thanks. But for the GT scenario that table is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay under-terrained.

Early days on the terrain front. I need to make some forests and roads quickly.

I've always thought that 2x4s of various small lengths were roughly the right scale for Epic buildings. A color printer, some artwork and some glue, and you've got a major urban redevelopment.

A jig-saw, some hardbaord and chipboard off-cuts; and a lick of green paint has gone a long way in my case. Ok it is basic, but very durable

Thanks for the batrep. It seems the over confident Orks allowed their desire to crush bugs cloud their vision of victory. It is a nice change to see the Onachus list win on objectives instead of victory points.

Terrain... Put something like a plate or a flat laying frying pan under your green mat end you end up with hills. Dirt cheap and the hills will 'roll' naturally.
