Just noticed a couple of oddities - 1. you can't take Vypers as a separate fm, just an upgrade. Still they can be replaced I guess. 2. mounted farseers get an utterly crap CC value on their EA+1 MW attack, courtesy of the vyper/ jetbike statline. That'd be seriously annoying. On the plus side, Wild Riders get Leader - wonder how they managed that? There's nothing in the other lists apart from the Autarch/ SC that has Leader.

I'd take something along the lines of:
Wild riders and farseer (even with the above) x3 = 900
As above but with Chieftan = 425
Rangers (4) x2 = 200
Falcon (5, one as firestorm) x2 = 500
Revenants or Scorpion/Aspects = 650
Nightwings = 300
Possibly a wraithgate in there somewhere, get your jetbikes in their faces from early on.

With that you can block the centre with your rangers, hold the centre with tanks/ titans and flank with a couple of Wild riders on each flank working as a tag team. Taking out WE would be the only weakness - try a Cobra or 2 instead.
