Based on the fact that the board status is currently in question, I am jumping the gun a bit to throw out review items for the Orks for next month.

If you have comments or suggestions, please start a thread for the particular list.

Ghazgkhul's (core):  I would like people to test for the following:

Revised Stompamob points - 225/400/575
Revised Supastompa points - 275

For army composition issues, I'd like to see a couple tests of lists with 10+ oddboyz and with a Supastompa/Landa list (3-4 of each at 3000 points).  Reviews of the Oddboy spam have been mixed, either "overpowered" or "seems okay" with nothing in between.  For the Supastompas, they barely fit in with regards to points so the extra 75-100 points on the Supastompas may be enough to throw a wrench into the works.


Speed Freeks:  With the "Tournament Mods" I don't have any concerns on this list, but they can always use a bit of testing.  I will defer to Tiny Tim if he wants to request particular bits for review.


Feral Orks:  Same as Speed Freeks.


Orkamedies:  I hope to get this finished up (and we're working on scenarios for some kind of supplement package).  I'm especially interested in suggestions on balancing the weapon options.  Also, someone contacted me and made the point that at +75 points for the Big Meks that it creates a disincentive to customizing anything.  Just a few Meks costs as much as an entire formation.  I would like to consider cutting their abilities to drop the Leader and possibly the MWCC in order to drop them down to +50 points.


Blood Axe:  I'd like to finish this one up as well.  Outstanding issues from my perspective is the Lobba Wagon.  I think the Axes should have some sort of arty/barrage ability, but 1BP is just plain better than the other Wagonz weapon options, regardless of where it falls on the Barrage Table and I'm not sure if dropping their armor and CC to 6+ (from the Wagon values of 5+) is sufficient with regards to balancing that.  For example, a Uge Blitz Brigade at 12BP for 350 points seems awfully tough, even at 6+ armor and CC.  One option I considered was further reducing their FF to 6+ as well.

I'm concerned about the Lobbas to a lesser extent.  I think cutting their FF from 5+ to 6+ (as compared to Big Gunz units) is enough, as FF has (in my experience) been helpful as an assault deterrent for Big Gunz, helping to keep them in play, or as an occasional nice FF support.
