You could incorporate all the lesser Daemons from the 4 powers, as well as the Daemon Engines like Soul Grinders, Defilers, Brass Scorpions & the other Khorne Daemon Engines, the Slaanesh Scout Titans, and Helll Knights/Striders, Plague Towers, Tzeentch Daemon War Engines, Helldrakes, Daemon Princes, Named Special Daemon Lords - Zarachnyel, Angraath, etc, Warp Rift Portals (similar to Eldar/Dark Eldar Wraith Gate, or Squat Pit Head). Instability rules, as well as animosity/ Hatrred rules for the Chaos Powers, Daemonic Cavalry - Juggernaughts, Seekers, Alluress Chariots, Khorne Chariots, and cannon.
The list has a large amount of forces you could take, most of the basic forces would predominantly be close combat units, while some like Flamers and horrors would be the ranged AP, or Flamers the ranged AT units. Seekers and Juggernaughts would fill the role of Roughriders, Plague Drones, Tzeentch Sharks and Blight Drones fill the roles of Jetbikes and Land Speeders. Daemon Princes, and Greater Daemons can be commanders. Possibly support formations for Daemon Princes.
Units like Brass Scorpions, Plague Towers, etc would be part of the 1/3 allotmewnt, which would inlclude the Tzeentch Firestorm, and Helldrakes. as the Fliers. The list would be too strong without an animosity rule to balance it out - make deployment important, and an instability rule to make battles - FF/CC important. Daemons would lose extra units in close combat, but in most respect would be fearless with an invul save. Some like Tzeentch Daemons get a +1 to their die rolls., while some War Engines, especially those Khorne Daemon Engines would have more chance of Blowing up - Enemy cause critical damage on a 5+ rather than a 6.
I think this would be a fun list to develop, and an even more challenging, and fun list to play with /against.
