To deploy a formation in Dreadclaws you buy them at 5 points per unit. They don't carry anything, they just allow you to deploy via planetfall. |

Fluff wise, yes it is 1 squad per dreadclaw but for the game you only need 1 dreadclaw to mark where the drop site is and for measuring from (you don't even have to use a dreadclaw as any item could be used to mark the drop site). When building an army list for a game any formation entering via dreadclaws would have to pay 5 points per unit in the formation. |
