Is there a description of the various titan weapons somewhere?

Guessing Here

Hellmouth - some sort of flame weapon
Deathstorm - similar to vulcan megabolter
Doomburner - plasma weapon

I'm pretty sure all three of those are on the Lord of Battles. so, their description should be included with the LoB.

The weapons listed under LoB in the compendium are:

Chain Fist
Death Storm
2x Battle Cannon

There are no weapon descriptions for these weapons

Am I missing something blatantly obvious as to where the description for these weapons is located or is there no actual answer to what these weapons actually are?

I'm not sure there's a specific answer. They're similar to normal titan weapons, but the model design is quite different.

Thanks for your replies guys, I hadn't thought of checking the old SoL weapon picture to get a hint as to what type of weapon they are.

Is a weapon description something that should be considered for future compendiums etc?

At this stage it is a name and stats with no real description of what the weapon actually is which makes the chaos titans less access able to people not in the know (like me). This might even be valuable for imperial titans as well as more people seek proxies rather than the now unavailable GW versions.

You only waited for less than 24 hours. More patience is necessary on a forum before you receive replies in my experience :).

Anyway, the problem with more description is that it takes up more space, which pushes up the size of the unit entries/description pages, and that leads to more printing, which some people aren't too keen on. That's not to say that you don't have a valid point, and it's something which may well require looking into to help out new players.

Sole Legends is, however, a good resource, and we could always make a sticky somewhere where photos of harder to identify weapons are posted, with accompanying pictures. This would help to remove the subjective nature of descriptive language too.
