On the latest version there is nothing differentiating aircraft and spacecraft initiative. So this leaves 3 possibilities:
1. All Aircraft and Spacecraft have a 1+ initiative after the factions rule is taken into account
2. All aircraft and space craft have a 2+ initiative as they are not affected by the factions rule
3. There has been an ommision and aircraft should be 2+ initiative (no faction rule) and Spacecraft are 1+ initiative (no faction rule)
Please advise as after 3 playtests so far, these units are being used quite extensively
