Layout is still rough. I included Skylok in the Appendix models. I don't have Imperators in it but I did include some conceptual notes in the Appendix models on how I would do them if I am convinced it can work.
Concerns include...
Point costs, of course. The titan chassis are more expensive than in AMTL because they have better FF. I don't have the pricing premiums for duplicate weapon systems for now. I want to see what the results are with the more expensive chassis and whether it will be needed.
Generally low movement. The only thing faster than 20cm at the moment are scout titans and disc riders. I have a note about whether transport is needed for the corrupted skitarii to help make up for that.
Similarly, all the titan cult formations are pure assault, except the skitarii. That basically leaves only titans and aircraft to shoot.
Whether the 3+ Initiative on cult formations w/ bonus for being near their gods is going to be too fiddly. I did give them all a point break for the difficult command and control.
How the overall composition of the army plays. Titans should mostly be in the 625-850 range. Cult formations are 175-300 points. That means the minimum "block" for buying a titan is ~1300 points and you could run more than 2000 points with a single titan. That puts titans in the range of 30-50% of the points of the army. I think with the weaknesses of the cult formations that the most effective composition is going to be along the lines of 1 titan and 3 cults for ~1500 points and close to 50% titan points. If that does not give a sufficiently titan legion feel, it's possible to change the cults to 2-4 per titan instead of 3-5.
