It does stand out on it's own doesn't it? Firstly, the BP should be '6' rather than '1'. Does that help? ![]() I have to admit that in all the games that I have played, the Harbinger has never even been a consideration due to it's points. If it is purely the 30cm range on the Reaper that is the issue, then it could be changed to multilasers which gives 1 less AP (5+). This would probably not be in line with FW stats (I have to see if I can find the stats again) ![]() Overall, I do not think its cost justifies the impact it will have on a table. Especially when opponents (such as eldar) have aircraft that should be able to intercept or CAP it out of existence. |

The 30/15 split is the same as defence weapons on the marauder, thunderhawk, etc. |

Indeed, it's to do with the way the weapons are mounted. Little odd seeming at first but it's the way the epic aircraft rules generally are done and balanced. |

imho 6BPs are not enough... it´s a Monster of a Bomber, it can levle whole citys... it should be more powerfull imho just look at its stats in AI its by far more powerfull in bombing than any other aircraft! (26 "normal" Bombs +1 Giant Bombs or 13 additional normal Bombs) |

6BP with ignores cover puts as much metal downrange each turn (over the course of a game) as 6 Bombards... not bad IMO... |

6 BP sound quite enough. Its not like it drops its entire load on one run, I would assume. Levelling a city takes time, even if you've got a lot of bombs. 6 BPs is a lot of bombs, a lot more than otehr armie's bombers. |
