Right, massive computer troubles last night meant my computer wasn't uploading the correct 1.0.1 PDF, find it bellow:

To answer a few statements, I remain somewhat adamant on keeping this list as Legio Mortis - this represents the personal preference of me, the author of this list, and there is nothing in this list (rules-wise) specifically tailored to represent the Legio Mortis above any other Nurgle Legio - I simply chose what is, in my opinion, the more recognisable Chaos Titan Legion of Nurgle (Festering Death is something of an ancient piece of fluff that has yet to see any revisiting, with respect to Veteran Players)..

Next in this series of four army lists will be the Legio Magda, The Flaming Skulls, and devotees of Khorne - I'm taking suggestions towards what will go into that list at the moment.

Are there plans to include the Imperator at a later stage?

I know the discussion was that they are rare, so maybe;

0   0-3000 points
0-1 5000 points+ minimum game

Just a thought...

I was just going to straight up make them 0-1 Units - the Imperator will likely either come straight out of C&E's list, or be specifically tailored to the Patron of the Legio (so basically same loadout with some flavour of a god).

Toughts:

- The Morbus Cannon, even with Slow Firing, is a phenomenal weapon. 125 or 150pts for those stats, not 75. Consider the Vortex Missile that is TK(1) instead of D3, and only has one shot per game, unlike the Morbus Cannon's two shots per game. You may want to significantly downpower this weapon instead of raise the cost.

- The Slaughter Class cruiser is still too cheap. It should be 175pts at the least.

- Terminus Howitzer looks worth 75pts instead of the 50 you have it listed at.

- All three BP type weapons you've created have the Indirect Fire rule as standard, leaving little room for the Drone Hive to use its 'grants indirect fire' ability.

- Is it called a Bile Missile or a Blight Missile?

- The Daemontitan summoning rules verbage could be cleaned up a bit.

Cheers.

Just a personal observation (and one that applies to normal AMTL lists).

Titan weapons are often categorized as Carapace, Arm, or left empty. But the Titans themselves don't list how many of each are required.

While most might see this as unnecessary, for completeness sake I think it is. Especially with the number of talented convertors out there. Unless it's the intent to allow a customized Reaver Titan built to look turtle-ish (quad legged, large carapace with 3 weapon mounts), or a  Goro-like Warlord with four Close Combat Arms, a small addition to the notes section would be good.

Warlord Titans may select any four weapons from the Scout Titans and Battle Titans list, but no more and no less. No more than two can be listed as Carapace only, and no more than two can be listed as Arm only. or something like that.

Its a fair point, will incorporate that clarification, even if multi-armed titans of insanity would be fun.

Right, just to poll opinions, do I do the Emperor-class as a straight-up Imperator, or do I do it as a Nurgle specific loadout?

Maybe this was covered elsewhere, but I'm still confused as to the Legio Mortis being Nurgle aligned. The only time (to my knowledge) that they were mentioned in BL literature was Storm of Iron, and Dead Sky, Black Sun. In both cases they were working for the Iron Warriors and did not appear to have any nurglesque traits, including the Dies Irae.

What I think should be done, is that a full "undivided" titan legion list should be made, with unique "options" that only aligned legions have access to. I think this would be easier if the plan is to have lists for all of the gods' legions anyway. This way, you have a sound frame to build off of, and people can build/test different alignments independantly.

I like this idea.
