I have a traitor IG list around somewhere that's based on the 'vraksian traitors', that being basically a variant of the Steel Legion list with the option of taking an Alpha Legion Marine formation to back them up.

They're even less traveled upon the path to Chaos than this list mind you.

PS: Nice concept!

Hey! This actually seems great! (Too bad I cant field my Plague Towers). But this seems like a perfect excuse to build some Nurgle Super Heavy tanks.

Hmmmm... Have to do some research to find out how would some 10mm tanks work as superheavies in 6 mm.

I'd think a highly devolved, completely non-IG (or almost completely non-IG) list might be interesting - more mutants, spawns, daemons, daemon engines, etc..  Overall, I think for L&D you're really just looking at a spectrum from near-IG to non-IG.  About 3-4 lists would cover the whole range.

Near IG - Stigmatus - Highly Corrupted - Daemons

Power-specific options are a possibility as well, but I think the option for characterful power-specific lists can be included in the generic lists.  I think Audrey did a good job of making that possible in the Stigmatus list.

Why are cultist/mutants called Stigmatus Coven? What does that Stigmatus does there? Is that some new term for Cultist or something (I am not trying to be nosy or something, just dont know do they nowdays call cultist with some other name).

I have an idea of using WWII 6mm for tanks (GHQ Tiger II with GS as Leman Russ and something other as Chimeras) and 10mm for superheavies (10mm Elephant as Shadowsword? 10mm Sturmtiger or 6mm Mörsel Karl as Storm Swords?) (I just figured that Shadowsword is actually a superheavy Assault Gun, not tank)

To be honest I would leave to commander to lead the infantry companies. There should be at least some military structures present.

Second one, there should be nothing copying Comissars, no matter how they are named. They are IG only and they should stay IG only, because they are a vital part of the IG style. I wouldn´t like to see them so easily copied by rogue psykers.....

But only my point of view....

LD2.1 Using The Army List
The following army list allows you to field a Chaos Cult
army based on the Stigmatus Covenant Cult that arose in
the Mackan system during Abaddon’s 13th Crusade. It can
also be used as a ‘stand in’ army list for other Cult armies.

Ah, that is what I thought, so if this is not that same Stigmatus posse, I would change Stigmatus Covens name maybe just to Coven... Chaos Coven? Pack of Traitors? Jackson Five (you know, cultists, mutants and stuff)? Etc
