Or perhaps they are fine as they are, initiative 2 for a start, knights are rarely used and the subjagator is a one-trick pony.

The success of dptdexys list had a lot to do with people never having faced LatD before - since then he has taken a subjagator list and done poorly.

No - I really don't think much thought has gone into the daemon engines in apoc (even the photos are epic models) IF any changes are made it will be points.

Well i was surprised too that the Subjugators HellSclicers aren't Titan-CC-Weapons but merely give a couple of extra Attacks  
But it has some improved (but shorter ranged) shooting attacks.
Edit: Besides it can be found on page 11 of the Red Corsairs thread. IMHO it sis more flavourful (if abiot les spowerful) than the current version with it's TK CC weapons and very long ranged guns (for a Scout Titan).
