Well, there doesn't seem to be that much activity on the Chaos Yahoo group, nor here; does that mean the lists are basically done? Or that people aren't playing them any more... ![]() Any word on final tweaks to the list? |

I think the only thing left up in the air is a final tweak to the summoning rules. Specifically, whether daemons not kept on the board by an icon should return to the daemon pool. Given that the price of the daemons is pretty much driven by the "daemon shield" tactic, all the other uses are, imho, overpriced. Allowing daemons to go back to the pool doesn't affect shields (because you need to keep them on the board or they aren't shields), but it would give other daemon tactics a boost. As you might tell from the tone of this post, I'm in favor of it. There was also some talk of dropping lesser daemons to 15 points instead of 20, but I think that burned out without getting any traction. Personally, I think that would make daemon shields too cheap. |

Yes, I have been waiting to hear anything about deamon summoning. I agree with Neal about having the 20pt LD but any daemons that are not destroyed go back into the pool. I posted it some time back and got little response. The rest of the L&D list is ready to be turned in. I am probably going to go with this and turn the list in soon. -Audrey |

Excellent! We've tried to do some playtesting with "recyclable" daemons, but they keep getting destroyed or the units broken before they "go back" so we haven't seen its effect. |
