| Post subject: | And the Traitor Legion's shell know fear? |
If I understand correctly Chaos Space Marines don't receive the 'They Shell Know No Fear' rule ... yet I don't see them as any less brave or tenacious ... is it simply to balance out the large quantity of fearless units? |

That's part of it, but also, a Chaos Space Marine is more concerned for his own skin than protecting his "Brothers", so is more likely to "run away to fight another day" than a loyal Space Marine. |

They don't have it in 40K and AFAIK never have and so they don't have it in the Epic army Its also to make them a little bit less of a clone of the Marine army |
