I'm completely happy for there to be a Demon World list that has both and overall it is likely to be the more popular of the two, but to me it seems you're trying to write an allied list like the Crusade Guard/Marine allied list without having one of those two basic army lists written and tested yet first.

I'd like to also see a separate Demon list as well that was purely a demonic manifestation only, like reflected by the W40k army, likely with a wider selection of demonic units available and rules for some of the demons in your army to manifest anywhere i.e. teleport in. They are a mainstream army like any other in W40k now and it would be good to have a list a potential cross-over player would recognise and feel looked right.

You can do a purely Daemon army with the Daemon World Hordes list; I just believe such an army should allow for a broader scope than "just" Daemons.

Didn't had the list in mind and don't have acces to it currently. So i wasn't aware that you could build a pure Daemons list with it.

I have a copy yet it has no stats for anything, it is just the army list with points values.

Anyone got a copy that has all the data for the troops?

I don't think a copy with troops data exists.
It was supposed to use the standard Black Legion datas.

All joking aside, I have looked at this list for a while now and I think the special rules have a lot of merit in theory. I really would like to test it out and give it a run.

I could use stats from armies such as the other Chaos lists, however I am not sure whether the points in the list are representative of those units.

I am sure Chroma will get back to this list when he frees some time up. Doing all the NetEA documents is a mammoth task and I am sure we all appreciate the lists when he releases them. Hence, I can wait.

If that is true, then we have the chicken and the egg principle.

What comes first, the datafax or the playtest? I daresay it is an easier answer than the former...

I have provided new stats for the Juggers in the new version of the World Eater list to come out and they are comparable points costs so I would think that this list could also use those stats:

INF, 20cm/3+/3+/6+ Weapon= Base Contact MW - Fearless, Infiltrator, Invulnerable Save, Mounted, Walker

It would be good for the list to adopt the same stats to maintain parity.

In regards to Seekers, I currently have the following which is being reviewed next month:

Seekers INF 30cm 4+ 4+ - Daemonic Talons Base Contact First Strike Invulnerable Save, Mounted. Summon: 1 Point

At the above stats they are 20 points. I am open to see Chroma's stats on these at 25 points as I am open to changing these if we have better stats for the points (perhaps drop MV to 15cm and give Infiltrate?)

I am really looking forward to this list making a move forward as it does present a very flavourful list to play. It has a lot going for it and I think it has some great ideas.

Hey all! Thanks for the interest... and, yeah, it's post-August.

Just working on the NetEA Army Books at the moment, but this list is still in my mind and I'll be revieiwing it when we hit the Chaos book.

Are the Juggers in the WE list ridden by daemons or Chaos Marines, FB?
