Not really. Most Eldar have Fleet but move only 15cm but they have hit-and-run in Epic.

For comparison:

Cavalry/Beast movements (eg Rough Riders and Brass Scorpion):
Move 6", Fleet D6", Charge 12"
Which is 20cm move with Infiltrators in Epic.

Blood Slaughterer:
Move 6", Fleet D6", Charge 6"
Which is... 20cm move or 15cm move with Infiltrators?

20cm move or 15cm move with Infiltrators?

Well a decision needs to be made whether you see the Blood Slaughterer as a garrisoning unit (en-masse). If these are usually ahead of units creating havok till the 'meat' of the army arrives, then I believe 15cm + Infiltrate is appropriate. Otherwise, the 20cm move is sufficient.

While at work i just realized that the Blood Slaughterers movement is the same as the Defiler.
So it will be 20cm with Infiltrators unless the Defiler's stats change.

Oh it seems the Blight Drones Mawcannon has BOTH Vomit and Phlegm.

So this will be the Blight Drones stats:

Blight Drone
Type Speed Armour CloseCombat Firefight
Armoured Vehicle 35cm 5+ 6+ 4+
Weapon Range Firepower Notes
Maw Cannon 30cm AP3+/AT5+  Ignore Cover
Twin Reaper Autocannon 30cm AP3+/AT5+ -

Notes: Invulnerable Save, Fearless, Scout, Skimmer.

So only one question remains: should it have Scout or not?

I have a question, why have you given the Maw Cannon's ranged shot AP3+ when its ranged shot is simply a short-range battlecannon, with less power against vehicles (which would imply AP4+ for the AP shot)

E&C: I presume he's upped the AP stat to represent the flame template part of the weapon.

Fair enough that makes sense.

No Scout, I think.

zombocom is right. I combined the Vomit and Phlegm in one single profile. As you will notice there is no change to the Blight Drones current stats :D Only Scout might be added or not.
But as small Fearless AND Scout formations are so despised (at least by Hena) it will probably not added.

RedCorsairsV3.14 uploaded (see first posting). Had to switch to an independend filesharing service because the file is now to big (over 200mb!).

Changelog:
- removed Khorne Daemonic Assault Engines
- added Blood Slaugtherer
- added Harbinger Bomber
- removed Inspiring from Chaos Warlord and Chaos Reaver Titans
- Chaos Warlord weapons changed to two Inferno Guns, Titan CC Weapon and Plasma Destructor
- Chaos Reaver weapons changed to Apocalypse Missile Launcher, Titan CC Weapon and Gatling Blaster
- added ALL missing datasheeds so you don't have to look stats up in two other armylists
- included Reference Sheet in -zip file

I've had a quick look through - it looks good, only thing I can see worth pointing out editorial wise is that in the entry for Chaos Drop Pods the spiel from Chaos Thunderhawks is included, so it makes it look like a Drop Pod is a DC2 WE...

Other than that, I like how this list is shaping up.  I actually prefer it now to the official Black Legion list - it offers more flexibilty to the kind of Chaos army I want to take.

Why's the Warlord priced at 850 points? With that weapons fit it'd be only 800 in the current AMTL list, or 825 if you bump up the price of a CCW. As it stands it's clearly inferior to its Imperial cousin for the same cost. At 800 points it might be worth taking.

20cm+infiltrate stops the slaughterer form garrisonning - therefore its role will be as a blitz guard, is that appropriate for a barely under control CC daemon engine?

1. Damn typo!

2. Under E&Cs new proposal dual free weapon fits will cost +25pts for the second weapon. Together with the +25pts for the CC weapon the Warlord will stay at 850pts.

3. Well...the Blood Slaughterer has the exact same movement rate/ability as a Defiler. Perhabs i will got for publical demand here. Any other want the base speed of the Blood Slaughterer reduced to 15cm? :)

Under that suggested system, Warlords can have up to two free weapons, so it'd still only be 825. There's no way that Chaos Warlord is worth 850 points.

If you compare its armament with a standard-configuration Warlord and with a Banelord, it's clearly inferior to the Warlord and barely superior to the 800-point Banelord. It's got a bit more firepower than the Banelord, but most of its weapons are short ranged and fitted to a slow-moving unit. The only longer-ranged weapon, although powerful, is also slow-firing. I'd have priced it at 800 (pending playtesting). You could make a case for 825 points, but 850 is too much.
