I understand what you mean, but what I should clarify as I've been thinking about it some more. I imagine a section of upgrades/weapons that EVERY cult/not-cult can take, basically a stripped down version of the standard Titan equipment options. Then you could take "Nurgle Template", giving you an option to select from a series of Nurgle upgrades. Then the same for the other powers. To mitigate the "all good, no bad" effect there could be a clause where if you want different marks in the same list, your Dominant Princeps ( I love that idea, BTW) has to be undivided and no more than one of each mark or something.
I suggested it not so there is a playable undivided list, but more so you (or anyone else) didn't have to write four (or five) seperate lists. You could post a single "template" and people would naturally gravitate towards one power or another, giving feedback to their chosen list that they probably already have models for. It seems more efficient that way.
P.S. Slaanesh is usually portrayed as using Demonic Knights and such instead of full titans.
