Update to V3.12

- CC3+, FF3+ 5+RA, 20cm speed and Infiltrator for the Brass Scorpion.
- Chosen now 6 units for 200pts.
- Typos corrected.
- Hell Talons now 175pts.
- Appendix moved to extra page.
- Added placeholder for Blood Slaughterer.
- Header fixed (i hope)

Now all happy? :laugh:

Apologies, I forgot to say that I also now have the scorpion as 5+ reinforced. It's a lot of points for a DC2 short ranged war engine, it needs to be worth taking.

It would be a lot easier to have everything in one file (things like Silver Towers & Deamon Knights).
