I'd much rather see a "single" Chaos Squats army than four more "Cult" armies... the info for them is light enough as it is that it doesn't really need to be diluted more.

An Undivided focus, with some small CUlt touches is the way to go, imho.

I think Slaanesh influence is far more likely than Tzeench influence to be honest. As Mojarn Piett points out, Chaos corruption usually means "character flaws are pushed to the extreme" - immense pride and constantly seeking wealth are the most noticeable flaws of squats/dwarfs, both of which are prime candidates for Slaaneshi corruption - he/she isn't just the 'God of Sex' after all, greed and pride are very Slaaneshi emotions.

Lots of Cryx stuff could be adopted for Chaos really.

Personally, I always saw the Chaos Dwarves/Squats as mostly Khornate when they align with a particular faction.  The whole "engine of destruction" concept was presented as a more methodical variant on the "blood for the blood god" hand-to-hand berzerker mentality.  And, of course, the squats/dwarves have their own berzerker groups as well.  That would seem to go along the same machinery-for-destruction lines as the Iron Warriors' partial Khorne leanings.

I could see Chaos Squats being Tzeentchian with a crafting/creation connection or Slaaneshi along the lines of what Red Sorcerer posted.  I think Nurgle is probably wrong since they seem to be about about construction and control which is opposed to decay.  Overall, though I think Undivided with Khornate leanings is the best fit.

I think given the number of beastmen you get in a chaos infantry box nowadays that they're perfect for the slave race. Easy to come by is always good.  

I do like the Warmachine stuff.

Then again, anythiong Onyx touches turns to gold.....
