Question 1 - go with A), which is more like the SM2/E40K rules. What you are doing is fine, IMO ... as I'm not a great fan of the current Chaos lists. And yes based on SM1 Titans & Baneblades could count as War Engines ...

are they on a strip bases with troops or on a single square/circle base by themselves?

Normally ...just one on a base ... and that's all. IIRC, they come with their own bases in the blister.

I made up a slaanesh daemon prince and a Icon/banner bearer.
also started painting up some of the rough riders.
Will have alot of pics hopefully by the weekend to show you how they are coming along.

Very nice work ! Even if they are a bit "bright" for my taste !! One thing ... put a black dot at the end of the barrels ... so they don't look like they are plugged ! How can they shoot !?!?

some options we are considering for them are:
Slaanesh:
1] adding another Chaos Alter
2] increasing the lesser daemons
3] adding in fighter/bombers
4] adding in hellhounds
5] adding in hydras
Khorne:
1] adding in fighter bombers
2] adding another terminator squad
3] adding another retinue with upgrades
4] more tanks [eg predators, Landraiders]
5] increasing the lesser daemons
what else can we do?

I think you have it correct for the Champion with the bikes ... As far as options ... what do you have available ? And you still need to unplug your gun barrels !  Did you get my e-mail I sent to you direct ?

what would I use to represent trucks for my cultist army?
Also could mark use Thunderhawk gunships?
and how many terminators can it carry?
