Is the List in the Epic Rulebook Section the correct list, it seems to be the same as the 3.7 list.
Even the Deamon Summioning Rules seem to be the same.

Answered on the SG forums as well, but for those that don't frequent those boards:
It is the 3.7 list, which is incorrect. I know it was correct earlier this week because I printed off the proper version from the vault.
I sent Andy an email. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.
