Thanks all.

No, the Kraytonian's Black - white fades are all done with successive layers of drybrushing. about 9 shades of grey on most pieces ;)

I've never been a great one for air brushes!

The MBT walkers might be a little smaller than Subjugators, but they do look somewhat the part.

New Human arty preview will be going up in the next few minutes too

Ooh, walker. ?Aah, arty. ?

Thing is, being pedantic, I gave up my firewalls because I felt they were too huge to represent hydras.
Basilisks have a bit more leeway, but would I have the same problem there?

And before I forget myself: thanks for posting! :)

A permanant link in your signature would be a great help to all, [puppy dog eyes]if it's not too much to ask[/puppy dog eyes]. ?

Especially if this thread gets very long.

Link added to my Sig - good call Consectari :)

Vermis: I'll get some size comparison shots when they're completed, but the new arty model is, whilst lare, still about 5mm shorter in length than the Firewall and 2-3mm shorter to the top ofthe hull. They're about the same width. Hope that helps in the mean time :)

WIP pics of an Andrayada MBT will be up today (shortly in fact!). It'll be back to a different Andrayada MBT class walker tomorrow (or Thurs) and a surprise after that if I can get clearance to post it (everyone repeat after me.. "PLEASE Doug!"  :p    (you see, I'm mean to him online as well as teasing you lot.. it evens out in the end..   )
