That's the way it was in Epic too (I don't play 40K) ... FA not AA ... But as I said, I don't have a problem with it. Letting the Manticore have both capabilites ... I may start a thread on this not to get OT here ! Thanks !

In IA:1 it says that manticore can (rarely) be equipt with surface to air missiles.
Though, from what the rest of imperial tech is like, I would think that they work much like the old SA-2. Their only chance of hitting the target being if they are equipt with nuclear warheads.

Well that makes sense ! On the other thread I started, we agreed the Manticore will remain just FA ... And I don't have AI so I didn't know that is what the text said. So ... case closed ! Thanks ! No SA-2s in Epic !
