Hmmmm, I sense a modelling project coming on.

Chaos forces also need some sort of transport so they can play all the scenarios in the rulebook. Raiders need to get troops on the ground if they plan on raiding anything right?

Every time I see this thread title, I want to sing it to the tune of "Home, home on the range."

That is all.

I knew, but they are tiny enough that I don't have a clear idea of how they would look like, specially as I never saw them, outside of these images on their webshop.

The guys at Spartan games makes some fine stuff. I will definitely be getting some of their Dystopian war stuff, and possibly some others. These Firestorm Armada fighter concept look very good, as do some other models of that range, but as the scale is apparently similar to BFG, I don't know how good the actual minis will look.

I will try to look for a model that might work as a 6mm scale fury for me.

obviously a space fighter wouldnt be designed to be highly aerodynamic, but I'm sure the tech of 40k could overcome a lot of that, suspensors and all, any writer thats too worried about a gravity wells affect on a B.F.G. ship smaller than a cruiser really just loses a lot of consistancy points as far as the 40k universe goes.
I admit the BFG fighters dont look very aerodynamic, not like a thunderhawk or anything. :)

I can't comment too much on AI (I have the rulebook but am yet to play) but from an Epic perspective I'd be most interested to see a Tempest and Hyperios (I've always disliked the aesthetics of the Hunter and it would make a good 'counts as').

Illuvitar, I need to know what your avatar is a picture of. It stands in stark contrast to GlynG's AdMech-creation-avatar and Athmospheric's upside-down-fiery-genitalia-avatar.

it's "kill-face", a character from a really screwed up cartoon called "frisky dingo".

"please don't kill us"-henchmen "please, don't make it so appealing" -killface.
:)

does the fact that I'm a frisky dingo fan make me a psyco ? why, yes yes it does.

Fiery genitalia ! My god, never saw it that way. Can't be unseen however.
I'll have to choose another fiery thing right away.

There. Now I can see it without thinking of fiery genitalia hovering like Damocles's sword above my head.
