Dear Steel Crown Productions,

my latest order has arrived. However there is a broken miniature. The "SKU042 - Guild Bounty Hunter Gunslinger" his arm is broken off. (This could have been expected since the metal miniatures were loose in one blister with no protective foam or anything.) There are no problems with they other miniatures from my order.

I really want this Bounty Hunter to use him as a leader of my Eldar Exodite Rangers unit. It's virtually impossible to glue the arm back on. Please send me a "SKU042 - Guild Bounty Hunter Gunslinger" replacement. Thank you.

I have attached 1 picture in this email to show the broken bits. (Arm is top middle of picture, Bounty Hunter at bottom to the right.

ps: Also, the SCPEW00105 - Khazari Valkyrie miniatures were out of their blister and loose in the cardboard box but luckily nothing went missing or broken.


Any reply would have been better than the current customer service at Steel Crown Productions. :(
I also do advise better packaging.

I had an issue with an order earlier in the yeah and couldn't get a reply via email (after multiple attempts), but when i added them on FB and PM'd them i got a reply instantly.

Technically correct. (1.34 billion do however)
