Sorry to have to post this here but I sent an e-mail to the sales department a week ago and haven't heard anything since... My order # 1382 arrived on my doorstep last Wednesday (11th of March) and sadly it isn't looking great. The original order was for: 3x Edenite Infantry Squads 1x Edenite Assault squad 3x sprue of 16 rectangular bases 2 of the 3 Edenite Infantry Squads didn't arrive and the one that did arrive contains an Edenite Zombie horde not an infantry squad... Please contact me ASAP so we can sort this out. Sam |

wow, thats really bad. Lately i've seen alot of posts like theese. It really hurting the company i think, i won't be buying anything if people have all theese problems... |

There has been a lot of activity here recently regarding bad communication from SCP with people having to chase up their orders, I can't understand the problem really as they used to be pretty good before. Has there been a change in the personnel doing the orders or something. If an order will be delayed for whatever reason can they not at least email the customer and notify them. Most people are happy to wait as long as they know what's happening. It makes me reluctant to place an order when I see this kind of thing happening. |

I am having similar issues with my order. Ordered from the company last year and had no issues. Any help would be appreciated . Order 1417 missing two blisters : scpew00105 and scpew00045. I am also missing 5 turrets for the scpew00061 Guild Deployment Pods. Chris |

Yeah, Seems to be a heap of issues starting to arise. I know of a friend who received most of his order damaged and now seeing these issues. Makes me a little worried to order from them. |
