I had an order of bases from Steel Crown Productions arrive incomplete on Saturday. Have since tried emailing three different addresses, the one on my shipping invoice as well as two that I found on the SCP website. Haven't gotten a reply. Was wondering if there might be anyone from SCP reading this forum. Failing that, does anyone know a better way to get in touch with them? Thanks in advance, Northrax |

Huzzah! Received the rest of the bases yesterday, and am busy sticking Orks to them! Aiming to start a TOEG before the end of July.  Thanks SCP, you and your products are awesome. Would order again. |

I'm slightly concerned to hear that twitter was the method of communication that got a reply... I've been thinking of using the strip bases for my marines/guard and the Guild Legion vehicles as Chimera hull variants. I know everyone here raves about SCP (and seeing the minis first-hand I can totally understand why!), but as I'm slightly averse to twitter/facebook/social media in general, how much difficulty will that add to my communicating in a timely fashion? |

Me neither. Even a major paypal hickup with money unable to be drawn out of the authorized payment was settled in a timely fashion. |

I will say I placed an order on sep 26th, its now the 21st.....of October. Nothing has shipped. I contacted them 2 weeks after ordering and was assured it would be out later that week. still NOTHING. Having a horrible time with getting what i need. Unfortunately I cant recommend to my gaming group. Least you got SOMETHING =\ |
