Zho guard interest me! Would the sashimono be easy to clip off the regular inf sculpts?

only concern is it looks like there are just 16 basic infantry (e.g. not officers or specialists) per pack?

That is true chap, most of the models in the Guards have specialist heavy weapons. The Zho Guards, Grenadiers and Paratroopers are specialists. The majority of the infantry in the army will be regular Zho Infantry ( http://steelcrowngames.com/products/roy ... ry-company ), the armoured elites form specialist companies. In the Zho TO&E you'll get one Guard, one Grenadier and eight Infantry companies in a battalion. Paratroopers are attached as necessary, but are usually found in their own dedicated battalion.

Some rare battalions are formed entirely of Guards, Grenadiers or Paratroopers. Light Artillery and Light Infantry are usually attached to companies on an adhoc basis but again can be formed into dedicated companies.

You'll never find Squires attached to infantry companies. They operate out of their own dedicated squadrons.

The number of battalions in a regiment varies hugely, small colonies may only be able to raise a single battalion, whilst larger colonies will have several large regiments comprised of multiple battalions.

Just a thought, but if you bought the Zho Guard Rifles Sprue from the component store then you are getting 4 Zho Guards with Pulse Rifles and a Serg with a Pulse Pistol and Sword.

That'd do, ideal are there any closeups of the regular zho infantry company sculpts (ones on the store already)? even the larger pic still leaves them pretty small

I'm pretty disappointed that the poor Marcovians still don't have any command models to boss them around or dudes to load and fire the field artillery, I've been waiting nearly 18 months for those to come out.... sad panda
