BUYERS do not pay anything for using PayPal or Ebay.  SELLERS pay a % for using PayPal to accept payment.  Some may indirectly pass on those costs, but this is exactly like credit cards.  Bit less practical to try negotiating a discount for cash from an online store unfortunately.

Well the Buyer pays the Seller ! Hopefully !!!! :D   The Seller pays a small fee for each post and sale on eBay and PayPal takes small fee also from the seller ... but in both cases it is very small.  :)

Thanks lads for putting me on the right tracks. I now have PayPal and once funds are freed up after Christmas I hope to be able to join you all in becoming an Exodus Wars Mini's owner... and DRM too.
