I have 7 plastic ones and 3 lancers. So is 10 to many? What kind of knight MUST be in a unit, I'm guessing maybe a baron (anyone have one for sale).

I would at the list and see. In other AM forces I think 6 normal Knights is a formation?

The basic formation is three Knights, which can be upgraded to six. You'll need a lot more Knights than seven Paladins and three Lancers for a decent sized Knight list.

The upgrade to 6 tends to be necessary as 3 knights tends to be a very week formation as they will break as soon as one is killed .

Epic- A version of the game with even smaller models that is often dominated by titans which are vehicles the size of a large building and have the ability to pwn...everything. There is also infantry, whose only function in Epic is to provide valuable traction to Titans walking across snowy paths.

Agreed, that's why I usually upgrade to six. A formation of six Knights can be very tough.
