Using the minimal changes the steel legion could be picked to become the following... 450 3 Thunderbolt squadrons 500 2 Marauder squadrons 250 Infantry company 100  Fire support 600 2 Vulture squadrons 250 Infantry Company 300 2 Hydra battery 250 Infantry Company 200 Deathstrikes 100 Sentinels Add a few bits of airfield terrain and is it a believable aerodrome scratch defence force that would be fun to play and have a chance? |

It looks like an interesting army, but shouldn't that be 2 Hydra batteries for 300? |

Yes  You could make it as Navy as possible with the following 450 3 Thunderbolt squadrons 500 2 Marauder squadrons 250 Infantry company 600 2 Vulture squadrons 250 Infantry company 600 2 Vulture squadrons 250 Infantry company 100 Firesupport But its probably a bit to fragile to be much fun. |
