According to Neal H, no more than a week.

Just a quick question

Why are there no weapon arcs on the SHT, other than fixed forwards?

I had a game yesterday against Fluufy and he played a tanith army with Minervan allies and the sponsor heavy bolters were able to shoot through the tank to gun down my marines.  It justs seems odd.

On the weapon arcs, again I'm waiting on the ERC's call on the upgunned Baneblade's weapon arcs.

I think mainly because it?s not that problem to cycle a Tank in a 15 minute engagement to shoot with all of his weapons, but it?s much more problem to cycle and aim properly with a planetary defence gun mounted (Shadowsword) :)

serious: No idea.

Edit: E&C was faster

The next version will be 1.7

The points system for selecting tanks will be modified (Base cost + / - variance per tank).

Lots of fluff is added.

Plus a couple of revisions that I'm waiting on the ERC to confirm / trash.

After that I intend to hand the list over to someone else to continue development, as I want to concentrate on the AMTL lists for the moment, but don't want to see the Minervans neglected.

would 50 leman russes be a good start for this list? ultimatly i plan on have 3 of each super heavy as well, and a load of arty. i plan on making a few of the russes into variants, but really want to focus on the basic russ and the SHT's.

I'm not sure you can fit much more than 40 Leman Russ into a 3000pt list and have it still remain balanced, so 50 might be a bit much. :)

Start with 30 Russessess.

I would like to take them, E&C :)

As Marines are way better candidates on route, I would prefer to follow your way on the Minervan list get get a feeling on design. There are dozen of lists to nearly every aspect, it`s difficult to find an own idea which is not used already. By the way I LOVE tanks ;)

Hey Soren.  I spoke with E&C on this and he assured me the 1.7 is coming out soon - I need it for Raiders, obviously, so nobody wants it done more than I.

While you are out here though, go poke at the Necron threads - I need that list too. :p

I know I've already talked privately to Chaos and Evil about this but I thought I'd open it up for general discussion aswell:
The Stormhammer's armament, the twin demolisher cannon turrets, and the 4 lascannons. On the original model there were lots of bulbs that represented a total of 10 bolters, four lascannon sponson turrets and the two twin battlecannons.
I personally don't like the twin demolishers and the lascannons, I think this makes for a tactically confused superheavy, obviously designed for an infantry decimation role. I'd like to know other peoples ideas on this as I'm constructing a modern - forgeworld Stormsword based - stormhammer model for epic.
Cheers.
