Something I think is worth bearing in mind.

In Epic (Or 40k in general) 'pattern' indicates the design's origin (Such as Mars Pattern or Lucius Pattern).

So a Thunderhawk with a bombing mission would be:

- Mars Pattern Thunderhawk Gunship, Bomber Configuration.

It wouldn't be a Thunderhawk (Saturation bombing pattern), as that means it was made on a ForgeWorld called 'Saturation Bombing'.

Essentially, Pattern is aesthetic, Configuration is the weapons / mission.

Oh and a Land Raider Crusader with 3 FF 5+ attacks & 1MW 5+ FF attack looks overpowered as compared to the normal Land Raider (Same cost).

You should definitely have Scout Bike formations... it makes sense in a 'mounted' army!

It's not as if there is models for them either.

I think either the old plastic marine bike models, or the even older IG bike models, would be suitable.

Failing that, you could make them from current models by cutting the marine from a metal bike and replacing his torso with a scout's.

I'm fully in favour of seeing scout bikers included in a list, and yours seems perfect for them.

Lots. Imerpial records incomplete.

In essence if you want there to be a founding using the Iron Hands Geneseed (note the original legion is not involved in any foundings after the 2nd) in the 37th millenium, there was.

It has never been clear how a chapter is trained - made and equipped sure. Perhaps there is on earth marine training facilities used for this purpose? Or do they learn through trial and error :)

The original chapters have nowt to do with these chaps though, the Iron Hands even less then that (they don't bother communicating with the other chapters created from the carving up of the legion post heresy).
