In the interests of driving some development can all Sub-champions please check-in here and state whether they are active and wish to continue? (In the interests of progress I will be expecting tests/revision/discussion going forward, we need actions as well as words!) So WS have some of the smaller tested tweaks being reviewed by the ERC currently. Some points alignment with codex, the zippy walkerless vindicators, and the ability to take them with ground formations. Pending approval with that, we'll be looking towards a deeper change involving air craft, scout bikes/bike upgrades, a teeaked ASR (basically required to take transports, perhaps stopping pods, instead of the weird one we have now), and some LS Storms. I suspect we will need about a good 8+ tests to get that sorted considering how much it touches. Honestly it's going to have little effect on tournament as no one used this list anyways. I'd actually like to stick my hand up.for AoS list. A marine tank list has always been something far more interesting to me and something I feel thematically we're lacking, especially as 40k has moved to their formations system, we have a big fluff/game play gap with the various armoured assault abilities of chapters. |

Jimmy, who did you send those changes to? I don't have anything in my PMs. Raven Guard need a few more battle reports for a vote. I mentioned it to PFE, and Apoc and Jimmy have a VASSAL one as well. Any of you guys feeling generous? |

I'm also interested in the SoI. I play ground based marines a lot, and the Scions both has a unique theme and they add some interesting ways of running ground based marine armies. But if Jimmy want's them, and since he raised his hand first, I'll be happy to help out with battle reports and to share some of my ideas on future improvements. |
