It's smaller than I expected (doesn't look capable of carrying a company), but they decided at some point that Stormbird was a class of large SM craft rather than one specific design and presumably this is one of the smaller ones. I see it has two void shield generators on top too (the round bumps, which the existing titan models have one per void shield).

Lastly, is it me or are they getting carried away with up-gunning?:

2x Twin Linked Las Cannon 30cm AT4+, AA5+
Xiphon Missile Launcher 45cm AT4+/AP4+

The character of the flyer is more the ability to perform Deep Strike on the attack and superior maneuverability, both difficult to represent in EA. Perhaps the Deep Strike can be used with a specific rule allowing Self-Planet Fall on the first turn it enters play so that it can start the attack run not starting on the board edge. Probably best for a scenario and left off the unit itself. It's in game play terms a Storm Talon by another name in ability.

jimmyzimms, that looks like a heck of an expensive plane with those stats. What would be your rough costing?

Not sure I'd agree that the missile launcher should be AP4+ (or even have an AP value at all) - it's clearly intended as a tank-killing weapon with about the same impact on infantry as a lascannon (in NetEA terms, none). All three weapons (and isn't that a bit much for a Fighter?) should also be FxF.

Anyway, neat.

Aye ffw good catch. And the AP is a typo. It's fairly potent in 40k at taking out infantry with blast and templates so should have an AP just that you're right, its more about tank busting. Should be an AP 6+ (possibly 5+) because it's able to take out a stand reasonably well but the fact is, it's an interceptor.

It's not that much different than the Storm Talon in Epic but with a better AA so I'd say +25 at least. So 225-250ish.

I don't think we need to add it anywhere but is still fun for what-if/friendly play.

edit: man this thing would have been fantastic to add to Aeronautica Imperialis. That game, for all it's warty bits, was an entertaining dog fight system with manuver rules that this would fit into well.
