Hey Chroma,
A lot of the links on the front of this sticky are now dead. Has this sticky has been superceded by the [NEW!] NetEA Army Compendium - DRAFT - Space Marines v1.1 sticky?

If so, should this one be unstickied? A group on The Great Crusade forum are starting up Epic, and I'm wondering where best to direct them for the current NetEA rules.

On a more general note, is there any chance of a 'NetEA – New Players Start Here' thread somewhere? The whole NetEpic/NetEA/Official thing is very confusing for new players – I've been playing for about a year now, and I'm still occasionally struggling to find relevant updates.
