I'd just like to raise the prospect of allowing Dreadnoughts as an upgrade the Whilwind formations again. They're truly useful in that role. |

Sure and why not a couple of term squads too? ![]() The ultra-elite of the Chapter are committed for critical assaults and crisis points, not sitting around on there laurels babysitting an artillery battery... Honestly easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than for this one to be approved I think. If your friend wants to guard his artillery there is nothing to stop him using another formation to do it. |

I'm still a fan of letting them buy four-strong Dreadnought detachments. But that's probably best left to one of the variant lists, really. |
