so instead it would be their assault cannon, the 30cm AP3+, CC5+ and FF3+
I think you'd have to complain at yourself about Librarians riding in Redeemers then...

Yeah, guess where my Black templar chappies will be going. I must say of the EpicUK lists the BT one on the surface looks like giving a boost to my normal army, and they are so fast to paint as well!
Course everything is solved if it just carries a multi melta :)

And i don't care sh*t about EpicUK (only as inpsiration source). What matters to me is the NetERC.

Are statements like this necessary?

When I get a game with Salamander or Blood Angels I will intend to test it.

Incidentally if you have any tips for making the army list clearer that would be great, currently a lot of people seem to look at it and pick armies using the core list methods.

Aye, a little unnessesary BL.

EpicUK Towers may be forging their own path and ruffling a few feathers along the way, but their demeanor doesn't demand a cycle of reciprocative passive-aggression... at least not from ze Germans.

If by 'solved' you mean 'made too good' then I agree with you.  :))

I don't understand. They take only core detachments and not restricted ones?

Common mistakes are to use the core transport rule where this list doesn't use it, to not add upgrades to restricted formations when working out the 1/3 costs (so warhounds, land speeders, assault marines with upgrades, scouts and thunderbolts all come out of the 1/3 allowance), to add more than 2 support vehicles (so say 2 land raiders and 1 hunter) to a formation, upgrading the wrong unit to a helios, adding Helios for 25 points each! forgetting Sallie terminators have no AT stat, assuming MM or Heavy Flamers give +1EA (when they don't), adding upgrades more than once.

Its not a request to change everything back Hena, just to ensure that everyone gets the point.

Quote:

Helios: I went with own Helios formation in Scions to cut down on alternatives there.

This just has to be clear its effectively 110 points each and part of the close support upgrade, even though its spread over two entries (the close support upgrade and the helios upgrade), its split to restrict it.

Quote:

Close Support: Only idea that I have is go the structure same way as Land Raiders in Scions.

Whats that? I'm not looking to change it, just make it crystal clear its a max of two vehicles.

Quote:

Terminators: Perhaps equip them as normal Terminators?

Nope, because its the Salamanders list :)

Quote:

Transport: Is there a reason why not use the default special rule for it?

Yes, tyhe whole concept of getting a mechanised list to work that doesn't rely on ablative tanks (reference all precedding discussion and testing). That is achieved by removing the rule and making the number of rhinos fixed into the formation count in the list.

Was it intentional to remove Vindicators as an upgrade? In the current list (1.9.3) Vindicators are only available as a formation of its own not as upgrades.

Yes because instead you have predator incinerators as the close support upgrade :) Having both is somewhat redundant (and the pred is at least 10% better :) ).
