Probably should be possible to add 1 to a Devestator formation IMO (possibly Tacticals too,, but Devestators most fitting).

Also if you have two lines for the weapon stats one with IC, one Disrupt and then have an OR to have to choose one line or other that then fits in with the current way of formatting it and saves the need for anything in the notes.

Looks OK.  Price may fluctuate at some point, but for right now...

You think an artillery piece should be better in close combat than as a ranged weapon?

If the Disrupt option is pursued, the power of the shot should be cut back.  The things are less powerful than bolters - they just hit more people.

It doesn't fire indirectly Chris and that would make it rather too poor considering the W40k stats.

Why should we not give it the fire-modes to best represent the unit and the things it can do Hena? OR weapons are used in other units and aren't anything especially new or fiddly e.g. a Basilisk can fire in an AT/AP or BP fire-mode. If Imperial Guard big gun from the rulebook can do it why can not the new Space Marine big gun??

Look at the Techmarine crewman with it; he comes with a Plasma Gun and a Flamer on his servo backpack. A normal Techmarine has two big proper close-combat attachments on his backpack, the Thunderfire one has only one small one that's main purpose is to load ammo into the gun and so is unlikely to as optimized for combat. In short give it FF5+ and CC6+.

The Techmarine might have a fully outkittes Servo Harness but he is alone. CC6+ fits.
Edited the Thunderfires stats again to mimic the Basilisk layout.
