I don't think that they'd be too good at 250 with IC compared to the Eldar aircraft. The Eldar bombers are 400 for 3, roughly 133 each, so that'd say about 250 for 2 or so. And that'd net you 2x AP 4+, 4x AT 4+ and 2 BP Disrupt attacks. The SB version of the Thunderhawk is 1x AP 4+/AT 4+, 4x AP 4+, 2 BP. Basically they trade AT for AP, lose 1 shot over all against mixed targets (Gain one shot over all against Inf targets, lose a LOT over all against AV targets). Giving them Disrupt at 250 probably isn't too unreasonable. Though they DO have 2 DC and 4+ RA, making them somewhat more resilient since the Eldar bomber is only 5+ RA, and the THawk doesn't have to worry about losing effectiveness until dead. The real big thing is the THawk is Init 1+. But considering its function in the list I don't think 225 or 250 would be unreasonable compared to the Phoenix Bombers, really. At worst it might have to move to 275 but I don't think that'd be necessary.

The phoenixes have 1 BP Disrupt, not IC. Disrupt is a really nasty ability, especially combined with the Eldar ability to make clipping assaults to break things or to prep a unit for a brutal assault. I'm not sure 250 is necessary, but it doesn't seem all that over-priced. Especially since its main gun can reach 75cm out to place a blast marker before assaulting with something else (not that you're likely to use it that way in this list, but it can be used that way.)

I don't think it would be, no. At least, it certainly didn't feel particularly over powered at 225 without IC. And while IC will make it better, I don't think that it'll be enough to unbalance it at 250, especially as it comes out of your WE allowance.

Yeah having given it some more consideration I think 250 and IC on the bombs could be worth testing... :)

Just a comment:

Leave the Thawks as they are. They are quite good, not overpowered and I really see no reason to make them better and more expensive, exept you want to loose them in the list. the activation count in the SoI list is quite low and every cost-up will make it quite lower even if they get more effective (you will not use the units anymore if you loose an activation because of them). The good thingies are expensive in the list, as you have also done the proposed cost upgrades to several marine units (which I not completely support btw. :;): )

You also know that against several armies (name it Eldar and TAU mostly) the SoI list is not really combatable. Most times it?s best  to say after the second turn "Kay, you have won, let?s play some real tanks!" against these armies.

But it?s a fluffy list and I will play it against most of my friends (if they loose some units in their Eldar lists of course   )

as always only my 0,002 cent

AAAAAA I hate my Eldar opponent :) He always stated they have 1+ initiative. I only crosschecked the stats, never the Initiative ratings.

Never trust a smiling Eldar.

Shame on me
