I seem to recollect that 12x THawks, Devastator (or equivalent) and Landing Craft was the "all THawk" list - though it does have lots of drawbacks. Equally silly is the "all LandSpeeder" list with 12x LanSpeeders and 600 points to provide the BTS and variety.

This could be a really nasty list, and has sufficient flexibility to allow a Hunter to be added (to a suitably cheap formation) if AA is required. Indeed I would consider sprinkling some razorbacks around the scouts, but that's down to personal preferences.
