You are free to use it, but I strongly oppose any attempt to alter the main marine list but of really important reasons.

Yeah, I am with L4, I am DWWFM. I have written an army builder for Blood Ravens with my adjustments in it. I will play test it when I get home and see how I go. I used the supplement to assist me and if all goes well I will write a Fan list and post it for all to see.

I've always done it that way, since SM1. But I don't play in tournaments, so I have that luxury ... :D   Take the initiative, adapt, overcome, etc. ... :;):

Not to be overly sarcastic, but isn't the current list already pretty much "air-only", or has there been a major fix to the mud marine issues?

No major changes, the Codex list is still an air-assault biased army list.

BTW, I forgot who brought this up, but we have been thinking about too. Use the F/W T/Hawk-T as a Landing Craft. Same stats ... Works for us ! :D
