Hi all
Was reading the latest book on Bt and was supprised to discover a Land Raider Crusader transporting a squad of infantry and a single dreadnaught. What are your thoughts? I am in the process of writing a BT list and I am looking for some feedback. I will post the list here in the near future.
Cheers CAL

Cheers CAL | Did n't like it. It jarred with me as I was reading it and my opinion has n't changed since. This was so that the author could justify having the dread turning up at crucial point of plot. I don't think that we should let that influence game rules.
Cheers

Are you trying to find another nasty trick to beat me CAL?...
nah just kidding!
It used to be possible I know but looking at the current models, even a crusader, I don't think it could be done?
my 2 cents

Hey
Is the crusader actually larger than your stock standard LR or is it the same size. So is it the case that, the additional room within the vehicle is because of the reduced weapon size?

Yes, it's clearly the same size ... but power generators vs. Bolter ammo ? Been in a lot of AFVs ... but none of them had las-cannons ! However, 12 Bolters would use a lot of ammo ... A squad of Infantry 10-12 men with equipment and a Dread, might be a bit tight !
