New formation:
Baleful Necropolis
1 Tesseract Vault and 8 Monoliths
Every Monolith gets an Invulnerable Save withing 5cm. Tesseract Vault has an additional shooting attack of MW2+ 15cm range extended by +15cm for every Monolith in 5cm.

New units:

Necron Obelisk
Type Speed Armour CloseCombat Firefight
War Engine 15cm 5+ 6+ 4+
Weapon Range Firepower Notes
Gravitation Impuls 30cm AA4+ 1 x shot for every Aircraft in range
4 x Tesla Sphere 15cm AP5+/AT6+

Damage Capacity 2. Critical Hit Effect: The Obeliisks graviton reactor implodes. The Obelisk is destroyed, and any units within 5cm of the model suffer a hit on a D6 roll of 6.

Notes: Fearless, Living Metal, Skimmer, Teleport.


Necron Tesseract Vault

Cosmic Fire 30cm AP3+ Ignore Cover

There are more formations. I only posted the only new one which doesn't involved special characters.

Acquisition Phalanx
Trazyn and 5 Bodyguards squads.

Infinite Phalanx
10 squads of Necron Warriors (no transports allowed)

Imhotek, Nemesor, Vargard Oberon, Orikan, 1 Royal Court, 1 squad Immortals

Those Tesserac/C'tan weapons need to be costed differently, though - AP3+ IC isn't quite the same as 6BP!

And we need to sort out the Obelisk naming.

I'm pretty sure this is just stat standardization. Costing is up to anyone that wants to actually try it in a list :D

Ya I saw these the other day, very interesting to say the least. Im not sure on the stats cus I haven't seen the rules for more then a second. I definitely think some thing, not sure what, but some thing will be implemented in the new necron list. I think once I get my hands on the rules from the new apoc book and the new imperial armor book ill post a new draft list.

Yes you have a choice of two weapons for the Tesseract Vault. All have different pionts cost. So for Epic choose two for one given list and cost the unit apropiately.
