I did have the organiser who I've known for a while come up to me in the first game with a look of sheer confusion to ask me if there was an error on my army list, as it said Imperial Guard Steel Legion in big letters at the top of it.

Absolutely beautiful! It's the kind of army that makes me wish Epic got more exposure, because that army really deserves a couple of White Dwarf pages devoted to it...
Seriously impressive work, Ratty! Regards, Reaver

12 people went to the GT. Black Legion won, Ferals are harsh they just ate my army. I came in 5th but the 10pts for best army really helped. But I went for fun and really enjoyed myself, lots of really nice armies.
Breakdown was.
3 IG (1 shadowstorm heavy, 1 mix with Vultures and really nicely converted snipers, and my with Nurgle Traitors) 3 Orks (1 almost a cult of speed lots of glowy zapp guns, 1 with Ork Landas and 1 based around a Great Gargant) 2 Black Legion (1 with 3 ferals that was filthy hard and one with a couple of converted doom wheels) 1 Space Marine (3 Thunderhawks, 2 Titans, a really hard fight) 1 Tyranid (Didn't play it but the infantry looked really nice) 1 Eldar (Really Tank heavy with a couple of revenants) 1 LatD (Ended up playing him twice, 1 win each, but he had just so much infantry it was hard to dent and the Lord of Battles and Daemon Engines were horrible the second game)

Wow
Definitely White Dwarf material... if they put Epic in WD that is :-(
Any shots of the entire army? And the table they are on looks pretty sweet as well. Nicely Nurgle textured.

The table does not exist, I made a tiny little board to photograph them on. I haven't got any photos of the whole army at the moment. I was in a real rush when I was photographing as I was Packing the army for the event, finishing some blast markers to go with the army, putting together an army list, sorting out clothes. It was almost half one before I was ready, and I was getting picked up at 7 (don't even mention to me the fact that the alarm went off next door at 3am, I'm amazed I was feeling OK when I got there)
btw there is a chance we might see it in WD they were taking photos of it and a BB team appeared not long ago when the BB GT was run.
