Some muck around attempts at doing EA action shots.

Epic- A version of the game with even smaller models that is often dominated by titans which are vehicles the size of a large building and have the ability to pwn...everything. There is also infantry, whose only function in Epic is to provide valuable traction to Titans walking across snowy paths.

Looks good, are those bottom shots a wargaming table or just outside on Aussie red dirt?


Its my 40K gaming table (seen below).  So good old Aussie red dirt glued to polystyrene, painted black and then painted to try and make it look natural again  :blues: .



This was another try at getting good EA shots on some of my old 40K terrain.






I eventually want to do up a fully modelled EA gaming table so I can do cool battle reports.  Probably with some backing images for taking photos.

I bought a warship in Epic scale to include in the harbour but I am finding it really hard to think of good ways of storing such a big project.

Possibly I will make it pretty much flat and have all the individual city blocks movable and just sit the ship in place when I want it there.  I just think it won't look as good if I do...... though if I come up with something more practical I might actually get around to making it instead of constanty procrastinating and worrying about how to store it.

I have even been thinking about making a special cabinet designed especially to hold all the fully modelled terrain tiles if I make them.

Unfortunately I rent and don't own a house so making something that will make moving even worse is a bit of a worry (moving my gaming collection is pretty bad as it is).
