Here is the beginning of my space Orks army.
For now i've only painted goff an kult of speed, but i'm working on the bad moons, and i've got the other clans waiting in their boxes.

The Goffs:

A big squadron of bonebreakas:


A gibletgrinda full of goffs:


The great gargant:


I can choose between battlewagon & bonebreaka depending of the enemy. I've still got some other vehicles & extra boyz (and stormboyz !) to paint.

the Kult ov Speed



Complete with 20 buggys and another nobz bikes for support. Speed is the key !
I've got some scorchers and other stuff to paint, so i'll can vary.

Well, he's a bit shiny. I'll do some wash on the other badmoons to avoid this effect, let's say he's brand new, just constructed for the upcoming waaagghhh :p

Old school Ork Glyphs :;): They even had them on the GW Epic Ork transfer sheets IIRC. Now of course this is an India sun symbol and not a swastika as the arms are rotating in the opposite direction... exactly why the Goffs have Hindu sympathies remains a mystery tough :D

Well Warmaster Nice, i must thank you for your homepage, that's a source of my inspiration !

For the swastika, it's just old school orks yeah. Even Ghazghkull had some on his old flag.
When i was a kid, 40k stormboyz was dressed like German SA, with big braces, lightning on backplate etc.

Great stuff !  Yep, I use those old G/W Ork decals too ... and the swastika is in the mix ... But as WMN said, it was a Hindu symbol, be before the Nazis got to it and now Orkses even use it !  :alien:  And yep, the old Storm Boyz, had jack boots, spiked Helms, etc. ! Even the old Epic Storm Boyz look like that !  I got a bunch of them and the new version we call "Rokkit Boyz" ! 'Cause day gotz Rokkit pakz on der backz !  :alien:
